No. 7&7 does not fund or find
sources of funding.
What fees do you charge?
20% commission on the Gross
receipts of each film.*
What costs and expenses do you
deduct from the Gross?
None, in most cases.
Do you pay an advance or
minimum guarantee?
No
Do you bankroll marketing and delivery costs?
No. These remain the responsibility
of the Producer, but 7&7 can advise
on how to minimize these costs.
Do I have to budget for
marketing and delivery costs?
Yes. But you will be in control of
what is billed out to Distributors and
see a far greater return from receipts.
Do you require a long-term
commitment?
No. Our contract is for 42 months
from 1st sale.
Do you demand remake/
sequel rights?
No. But we hope you would use our service again.
Can I cancel early?
Yes. If 7&7 has not made a single
sale in 12 months.
Can you help with collections
of receipts?
Yes. It is in both parties best interest
to do so.

of expenditures as you were during

Can you help a first time Producer
unfamiliar with the details of
Sales and Distribution?
Yes. The sales process is complicated
and 7&7 is happy to do as much ‘hand
holding’ as required.

Do you accept projects from
outside the US and UK?
Yes. But, films must have English as
original language.
